“AVERSION” TO

Please read the methodology from previous step “Concept & Resources” and the previous examples before getting started!

Now let your mind think about the “aversion” you have for the thing you would like to let go. Normally, this part is easier than attachment as we strongly feel an aversion for the situation. And yet, we may have done very little to get rid of it.
Write/type what comes to your mind and see what you wrote as wanting approval, control, or wanting to be safe or secure and then release the want.

IMAGINE ALWAYS…
Let go of clutching or resisting the feelings it brings up in your stomach or chest.
Keep releasing until there are no more feelings in your stomach or chest.
Imagine you have a massive chimney, or tube, sucking out this feeling/belief out of you.
The chimney can be in your chakras, mouth or feet … the point here is to see a representation coming out of the chimney…

You might be surprised to hear your stomach make noises as if your diaphragm were releasing some pressure.
You might also yawn or cry…

COULD I LET GO OF MY ENTIRE AVERSION TO…?
Same as above. Keep letting go until you can say “yes” 100% with no clutching or resistance.

I ALLOW MYSELF TO LET GO 100% OF MY ENTIRE AVERSION TO…
Same as above. Keep letting go until you can say “yes” 100% with no clutching or resistance.

It might take weeks or months. Regular practice is always a great option.
One day, soon, you will look at your answers and feel … nothing. And that will be good news! Start now!
