“EVERYTHING IS A QUESTION OF TIMING”, IS IT NOT?

Some goals should be

  • Long-term (LT) – a year or more – to keep you on track and significantly reduce the possibility of short-lived frustrations
  • Intermediate (I) – between one month and one year
  • Some goals should be short-term (ST) – ranging from a month to a day – to keep you disciplined and in touch with the reality of the “fine points” of everyday life.

Give yourself plenty of time to accomplish complex goals.

Set deadlines that apply an appropriate amount of pressure while still being achievable.
