WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

The work we do on Goals, like the work we did on Personal Values, is creating CHANGE.

In change, there is gain, growth, and expansion. There is also saying bye-bye to move to something else.

You can’t control the weather, the inflation, the interest rates, etc. Just remember that, at this point, your goals have been carefully set, so change your decision to go carefully, but be willing to change your direction to get there as conditions and circumstances demand.

Let us be honest; we usually do the things we want and are willing to do. I am not saying that is what we do first (funnily enough). However, if you have no personal benefit, your motivation will be diminished, so understanding what’s in it for you is extremely important!

“Empty your cup” in 3 steps:

  • The will to change (intention).
  • The choice to empty our cups from the old (let go).
  • The choice to fill our cups with the new (actions: learn, test, create …).

We will review each goal together to check how easy and challenging it was.

  • We will also check how compelling it is for YOU and if it is congruent.
  • We will check what you need (want) to let go of to achieve them.
  • All this before you start your journey … And the how …
