• There is only POSITIVE terminology – no “not”, no “buts”, no “, maybe”, or any negative terminology.
  • Put what you HAVE when you are there – No WANTS since you are writing it as if you already have what you want.
  • It is MOVING TOWARDS the desired positive outcome – rather than away from something negative that is no longer wanted.

It should reflect what you want (or rather, what you now have that you wanted).

  • Why is it that you have that goal? What is it you don’t want any longer?
  • They should be motivated toward pleasure, not motivated away from pain.
  • What specifically do I want?
